COMMENTS Dear Lucie & Guy. Our stay at 1315 was beyond our expectations. This charming & cozy home made us feel right at home. Our 3 month stay was like being on vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent service you both give your guests, not to mention the most beautiful garden we’ve ever seen. Thank you for your hospitality & we wish you all the best. Joelle & Kimothy The house was kept immaculately clean, much cleaner than a hotel and I am quite fussy when it comes to clean. Guy was friendly and helpful and kept the walk and driveway shovelled even though it was a bitterly cold weekend. We were especially surprised by the attention given to amenities and appointments; there were a variety of pots, pans and dishes. So much so, that we were comfortably able cook and even entertain guests. It is even close to a Metro so no need to go through the hassle of driving and parking. We strong recommend staying here and certainly will whenever we find ourselves in Montreal. T. The owners did everything to make our stay comfortable and nice. Very polity couple. I would definitely recommend Maison aux Pignons Guests from Cuba Very clean, quiet. The house was very nicely furnished and comfortable. Lovely backyard, beautifully landscaped with a number of bonsai trees. Lots of towels, extra sheets, a supply of starter teas/coffes. Hairdryer, ironing board/iron, dishwasher clothes washer+dryer + environmentally friendly dish, laundry detergent. Good supply of plates, pots/pans, cooking tools/utensils, etc., most of them apparently of professional quality. Nice, big barbeque grill in backyard, TV + wireless internet connections worked great. 1.5 block from Metro Orange Line, which takes you all the way to the main downtown area. Owners easily reached to coordinate or in case of any problems, and are very responsive/helpful, in addition to being very nice, charming and friendly.
